Breck Schueller - Chairman
Breck was born and raised in Utah County and currently lives in Lehi with her husband and son. She is the manager of the Mountain America Credit Union in Saratoga Springs. Breck started as a part-time teller at the credit union while finishing her education in Behavioral Science at UVSC. In addition to her work responsibilities, she has served as the treasurer for the Chamber for the last two years. Breck is a fan of all sports and loves staying active. She also values her involvement in the community and the opportunity to work with local businesses.
Diane Bradshaw - Vice Chair
Diane Bradshaw graduated from Brigham Young University in business "a long time ago". She has worked in the pharmaceutical sales industry and has spent the past seven years in the telecommunications/broadband industry working for Direct Communications in Eagle Mountain. Being one of the first residents of Eagle Mountain back in 1996, she served on the City Council for 3 years, the Planning Commission for 2 years, and most recently, the Economic Development Board. She joined the Chamber of Commerce in order to help residents in Eagle Mountain and the surrounding cities increase their business potential and network with other businesses in the area. She currently serves on the Chamber Board as the Women in Business Liaison and helps plan the monthly Chamber luncheons. Diane has four children, 20 plus chickens, and various other animals on her 5 acres of paradise in Eagle Mountain. She loves serving her community!
Laurie Bailey - Secretary
Laurie Bailey, Big D Construction, has served as the member services director for the Chamber and will be Secretary of the Board in 2010. Laurie is a member of the world renown Mormon Tabernacle Chior. She manages to juggle her work, service, and talents in style.
Kelly Terry - Treasurer
Kelly works with Utah Community Credit Union and is a great asset to the board. As our treasurer, she keeps us on course.
Donna Milakovic - President

Donna Milakovic first came to Utah to attend BYU, having grown up in Florida and New York. After graduating, she lived in Upstate New York where she met her husband. They moved to Salt Lake City, where he attended University of Utah. Having decided to stay in Utah, they now live right between the BYU blue and Utah red zones. Donna has worked as a paralegal, newpaper reporter, and before accepting her position with the Chamber, as an events coordinator for Eagle Mountain City. Planning Pony Express Days and other events has prepared her well to host and promote fantastic annual events for Lehi Area Chamber. She loves to travel, write fiction, and spend time with her husband and three children.
Lorraine Gaufin - Post-Chair
Lorraine is the 2009 Chair of the Lehi Area Chamber of Commerce. This opportunity has given her the chance to be involved in the fastest growing business community in Utah. ‘It’s great to see local businesses engaged in solving challenges, expanding their markets and bettering their communities.’
She has always been active in business and community service. She has been a state and county delegate to political party conventions, was a founder of the Timpanogos Amateur Hockey Association, a 2002 Olympics volunteer, and is involved with Toastmasters, Women’s Business Network, and the Utah Valley and Draper Chambers of Commerce.
Lorraine is the Thanksgiving Point Sales Manager. She feels she has the best job in the world. She enjoys showing clients the many attractions and venues at Thanksgiving Point from her white convertible, better known as a 6-man cart.
Lorraine attended BYU, but all of her children have graduated from the University of Utah except for one Aggie. So her blood runs purple. Go Utah!
Lorraine resides in Orem with her husband, Alan and their son, Doug. They also have 3 married daughters. In her spare time, Lorraine gardens and she is definitely happiest with dirt under her fingernails.
Doug Meldrum - Board Member
Doug is a city represenative of Lehi City. He currently the economic development coordinator for Lehi City.
Paul Baird - Board Member
Dr. Paul Baird, Pinnacle Chiropractic, is an active member of the community and has served on the Board for several years, including as Chairman in 2008.
Mike Monsen - Board Member
Michael resides in Eagle Mountain along with his beautiful wife and 3 (almost 4) adorable little girls. He is currently the Sales Manager at Alpine Innovations LLC., a local manufacturer of “Creative Accessories” in Lehi. Michael has a Bachelors of Science Degree from Utah State, and is finishing his thesis for a Masters in Wildlife Biology from the College of Natural Resources at Utah State. He is an Eagle Scout, and served a two year mission for his church in Queensland, Australia. Michael enjoys spending most of his time with his family playing sports, camping, and playing board games.
Annette Scott - Board Member
Annette Scott, marketing director for Costco, leads the Easter in Lehi committee. She is active in charity events throughout North Utah County and brings a bright energy to others through all of her service.
Mark Trotter - Board Member
Mark is a director at Camp Floyd Historical Center in Fairfield, UT. He serves as the chamber historian and photographer.
Ryan Blohm - Board Member
Brings an enthusiasm for local business to the chamber with his experience as a State Farm Insurance Agent in Saratoga Springs.
Michael McOmber - Board Member
Michael McOmber serves as a city councilman in Saratoga Springs. He is a customer experience specialist and lives with his wife and family in Saratoga Springs.
Ifo Pili - Board Member
Ifo Pili is the assistant city administrator in Eagle Mountain City and heads their economic development team. He is a former NFL player and devotes much of his free time to working with youth programs. He and his wife have 4 beautiful children and live in Eagle Mountain.
Clay Christensen - Board Member
President of Mountainland Applied Technology College, Clay Christensen lives in Lehi and is devoted to education.
